We're seeking a motivated Sourcing Manager to join our team at Hultafors! In this role, you'll build long-term, strategic supplier relationships, maximize value, and minimize risks. The Opportunity

As a Sourcing Manager, you'll analyze and evaluate the supplier market to identify the best options based on quality, sustainability, and price. You will manage contract negotiations, focusing on favorable terms, sustainability, and quality. Ensuring quality standards, monitoring market trends and supplier performance will also be key aspects of the role. Additionally, you'll track and report on purchasing outcomes and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Market Analysis & Evaluation

• Develop and implement long-term relationships with suppliers to support our production factories.

Contract Negotiations & Price Management

• Manage price and contract negotiations to secure the best terms, with a focus on prices, payment terms, delivery terms, sustainability, and quality requirements.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure delivered goods and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Address complaints and deviations in delivery efficiently.

Market Monitoring & Reporting

• Track market trends, monitor raw material availability, and stay updated on new suppliers, products, and technologies.

Travelling is part of the role.

About You

To succeed in this position, prior experience and an interest in procurement and negotiation are valuable, with knowledge of purchasing systems and business tools being a plus. Key personal attributes include attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and stay flexible in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in economics, logistics, purchasing or other relevant area.

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience withing the Sourcing area

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• A driven and trustworthy team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
