We are looking for a forward-thinking and driven CFO to join our leadership team at Hultafors Group. As CFO, you will play a key role in driving performance, ensuring financial health, driving M&A initiatives and supporting sustainable growth in close collaboration with colleagues across the different Business Units. This position reports directly to the CEO and is also participating in the Board meetings of Hultafors Group AB and in Boards of subsidiaries as well as Investment AB Latour Networks.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support business performance and decision-making.
• Oversee M&A activities, including target screening, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration.
• Ensure strong financial control, compliance, and risk management across the Group.
• Oversee internal control frameworks and ensure alignment with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of efficient financial systems, processes, and KPIs.
• Manage treasury, tax, and insurance matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You are a strategic and hands-on finance leader with a strong business acumen, experience from M&A and a passion for driving performance. With a solid background in financial management, you combine analytical precision with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. You like working in a dynamic environment, are comfortable navigating change, and bring a collaborative mindset and drive. Your integrity and way of being builds trust and you put a lot of emphasis on developing your team and contributing to longer term success of Hultafors Group.

Functional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Strong understanding of tax legislation and compliance.
• Proven experience in project and change management
• Extensive experience in M&A processes, from target screening to integration.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in international financial leadership roles.
