Product Development & Claims Coordinator, Footwear
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about product development and ready to make a real impact in the area of safety footwear? Join Solid Gear, part of Hultafors Group, as our next Product Development & Claims Coordinator Footwear. In this role, you will ensure all product-related documentation is managed efficiently, support the launch process from development to market, and play a key part in claims handling and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all product-related documentation is accurately stored and managed digitally, including timely alerts for expiring documents.
- Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of CFM-samples, including tracking validity and managing inbound and outbound samples.
- Coordinate launch planning and follow up through all stages from development to market launch, collaborating with various internal departments.
- Monitor, report, and escalate claim trends, and manage the claims handling process.
- Ensure all new materials have sufficient data in PLM before approval, and keep material quotes up to date.
- Proactively improve and update supplier, material, product, and other digital documentation and strive for efficiency in work processes.

Functional Expertise
- Experience in product development and production of materials (meritorious).
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI and Centric PLM (meritorious).
- Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English.
- Plans and organizes activities effectively, manages time, and monitors deadlines.
- Analyzes data and information, makes rational judgments.
Qualifications
- Experience in product development and/or production of materials is meritorious.
- Experience with Power BI and Centric PLM is meritorious.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
