Hultafors Group is seeking a Director IT Shared Services to join our Group IT
management team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing for
example our IT Infrastructure, Workplace, Cloud & Platform Services, and Service Desk
operations. You will oversee the daily delivery of critical IT services, drive strategic
initiatives for continuous improvement, manage relationships with outsourcing partners,
and ensure cost-effective, secure, and reliable IT operations across the Group. Your
leadership will be instrumental in supporting both ongoing operations and the digital
transformation of Hultafors Group.

The Opportunity
As Director IT Shared Services, you will have overall responsibility for Infrastructure,
Workplace, Cloud & Platform Services, and the Service Desk for Hultafors Group. You
will play a central role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing costs, and managing
relationships with outsourcing partners. You are part of the Group IT Management
Team, and you report to the Group CIO. 
As part of our recent IT reorganization, you will also act as a bridge between IT and one
of our business units, ensuring that IT investments deliver real business value and that IT
services are transparent and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Group’s IT Infrastructure, Workplace, Cloud & Platform
Services, and Service Desk
• Drive strategic initiatives within your area of responsibility
• Manage and collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure high-quality service
delivery
• Oversee budget management and cost optimization for your organization
• Manage ITIL processes within your area, such as Incident Management
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team, including personnel responsibility
• Act as a key liaison between IT and an assigned business unit, supporting
business requirements, driving change management, and ensuring transparent IT
delivery.

You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong drive for results. You
have a solid understanding of IT operations and service delivery, including areas such as
infrastructure, workplace and cloud services, and you are passionate about leveraging
technology to create business value. You are an excellent communicator and
collaborator, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your leadership
inspires trust and engagement, and you have a proven ability to lead teams through
change.

Qualifications and experiences:
• Several years of leadership experience within IT, including personnel and budget
responsibility
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, workplace, cloud services,
and/or service desk operations
• Experience working with outsourcing partners and optimizing IT costs
• Demonstrated ability to work strategically while also being operationally involved
(“doer” mentality)
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management
skills
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
