To ensure the quality of the company’s products, we are now looking for a structured Quality Engineer with strong technical understanding.

You will work proactively to ensure that the products maintain high quality and that production processes are robust.

Key responsibilities

• Participating in projects during the industrialization phase and leading the development of PFMEA, control plans, and instruction
• Investigating and managing deviations in processes, products, and materials.
• Conducting root cause analyses and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and driving improvement initiatives.
  
• Developing strategies and methods for testing and verification, and conducting supplier audits.
  
• Assisting in the development of our suppliers regarding quality assurance of production processes.
  
• Developing and managing processes for control and quality management.
  
• Utilizing and further developing the 8D process in collaboration with the rest of the quality organization.
  
• Participating in projects during the design phase by contributing to the creation of DFMEA.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Engineering degree with a focus on quality, production, or a related field
• Experience in quality work within an industrial environment (preferably manufacturing)
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: injection molding, assembly, or electronics
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards
• Analytical and structured, with a hands-on working approach
• Experience in project management and driving improvement or development projects
• Enjoys collaborating across departments and leading change
• Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required
