E-commerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator

The position
As Digital Operations & E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Hultafors’ digital operations, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance and growth.
You will work across multiple brands and markets, ensuring that our web shops deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving commercial results. The role spans operational excellence, campaign execution, marketing automation, paid media, and performance follow-up.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Communication, Operations, and Supply to align commercial plans with digital execution.
Within the scope of the role’s responsibilities, participation in meetings outside of Swedish office hours is expected when necessary, particularly with the United States.
Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize digital operations and e-commerce performance across multiple brands and markets.
Ensure quality and accuracy of product data, pricing, imagery, and merchandising across all web shops.
Secure stable e-commerce operations in close collaboration with Operations and Supply.
Develop and execute commercial activity plans across digital channels together with Marketing and Product Communication.
Manage campaigns, discount codes, and e-commerce-related content.
Build and schedule newsletters and on-site campaign content.
Drive marketing automation initiatives and CRM segmentation strategies.
Plan and manage Paid Social campaigns and contribute to Paid Search activities.
Manage and optimize rule-based product feeds.
Participate in strategic e-commerce projects, including launching new web shops.
Drive reporting, insights, and KPI follow-up to continuously improve performance.
Your profile

You likely have:
Experience in e-commerce and digital operations.
Hands-on experience with paid media (Paid Social and ideally Paid Search).
Experience with marketing automation, CRM segmentation, and customer journeys.
Understanding of product data management and feed optimization.
A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and KPI analysis.
The ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders in an international setup.
Excellent communication skills in English.
