About the Role
We are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to support our international and local key accounts, with focus on Protective Wear (Snickers ProtecWork). The role also includes supporting our broader product range within Snickers Workwear and Solid Gear Footwear, in line with our customer service responsibilities.
This role is central to our international business, ensuring a smooth process from order placement to delivery. You will work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a key interface between sales, supply chain, and warehouse.
We are specifically looking for someone with an interest or experience in protective wear, multinorm garments, and certified PPE solutions, as this is a key growth area within our offering. The role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service or sales support within PPE or workwear.
Purpose of the Position
Deliver high-quality service from order placement to delivery
Act proactively towards customers in close collaboration with the International Key Account Managers
Serve as a key link between our international key accounts and internal teams (sales, planning, purchasing, and warehouses)
Take ownership of customer-related processes, primarily within Snickers Workwear ProtecWork, but also supporting other product areas when needed
Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, service, and delivery
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to our international and local key accounts
Ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly together with warehouse and supply chain
Maintain and update customer assortments, pricing structures, and user access in internal systems
Prioritise orders when needed and proactively manage delays or deviations
Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries, stock situations, and product updates
Collaborate closely with planning and purchasing to ensure accurate stock information
Support product launches, phase-outs, and assortment updates within Protective Wear
Handle minor claims and customer cases with ownership and efficiency
Contribute to development and optimisation of internal processes
Your profile
You are structured, service-minded, and comfortable working in a role where coordination, administration, and customer communication are key.
Strong ability to manage both administrative tasks and customer dialogue in a structured and efficient way
Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone, as well as working closely with internal teams and warehouse
Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment and coordinate across multiple functions
Experience or interest in Protective Wear, PPE, or multinorm garments is considered an advantage
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within B2B and direct customer environments
Experience working with multiple IT/ERP systems.
Experience working in iScala is considered an advantage
Experience within Protective Wear, PPE, or multinorm garments is highly meritorious
Understanding of certification standards (e.g. EN ISO, multinorm) is a plus
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
